OUR SERVICE POLICY = FREE ESTIMATES

Boards are inspected upon arrival, and we call you and tell you exactly how much your repair will cost. If you don't like the estimate, we will return your board immediately -- we pay the return UPS shipping -- you pay nothing for the estimate!

HOW TO GET A FREE ESTIMATE:

You are welcome to send us any pinball circuit boards that you suspect may have a problem. We do not charge for checking out any board, good or bad. Your best method is to wrap the boards individually in bubble-wrap and put them in a solid cardboard box. Take them to UPS and specify 2 or 3 day service. A typical package weighs one pound (per circuit board) and costs well under ten dollars to ship. Be certain to include a note containing your Company's return shipping address and daytime telephone number so we can give you a call when we get a look at your boards. Here is a mailing label that you can print:

WARNING:

IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING,

DON'T DO IT!

A pinball machine is a very complicated machine. If you are not familiar with single-board computers, high voltage power supplies, plasma discharge displays, embedded control systems and you do not own a solder re-work station, do not attempt to repair your game yourself. You can do more harm than good. Instead, we recommend that you:

Drop us a note containing your ZIP CODE, the GAME you own, and what sort of PROBLEM it's got, and we'll scour our database for a professional technician in your area.

BALLY

If you are working on a pinball which was manufactured by BALLY between 1977 and 1984 or a 6803 SERIES BALLY game manufactured between 1984 and 1986, there are many helpful references here, such as the complete list of all their games, which GAME ROMs each one uses, and the JUMPER SETTINGS to make those games work! There is also information about the SOUND BOARDS used in these games.

A while back REPLAY Magazine wrote a very nice article about our BALLY / STERN TEST FIXTURE.

If the BALLY / STERN TEST FIXTURE looks interesting to you, you can browse through the entire OWNER'S MANUAL.

STERN

If you are working on a pinball which was manufactured by STERN between 1977 and 1984, you may need to look at the ROM JUMPERS on the MPU or the LIST OF ALL STERN'S GAMES .

WILLIAMS

If you are working on a WILLIAMS LEVEL 3, 4, 6, or 7 GAME , meaning that it was manufactured between 1977 and 1984, you can find info on converting early boards to run later software, how to repair their power supplies, what ROMs are used in the Level 3, 4, & 6 pinballs, Level 7 pinballs and much more!

If you are trying to figure out how to set your late model Williams pinball at ONE COIN FOR ONE PLAY, forget it! There's no 25 cents setting provided, only 50 cents per play. For a simple solution, take a look at our COIN DOUBLER MODULES.
