To convert positive non-composite sync
to negative composite sync:
You will need a 74HC86 IC.
There are 4 gates in this chip. These are EXCLUSIVE-OR gates.
The pinout for the chip is
where a=Input 1, b=Input 2 and y=OUTPUT.
Connect the Positive Vertical Sync to pin 1.
Connect the Positive Horizontal Sync to Pin 4.
Connect Pin 3 to Pin 13.
Connect Pin 6 to Pin 12.
Connect Pin 11 to Pin 10.
Connect Pins 2,5,7,9 together and connect to GROUND.
Connect +5v to Pin 14.
Negative Composite SYNC will appear at Pin 8.
