SHIPPING INFORMATION
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- All items ship via UNITED PARCEL SERVICE (UPS), so you must provide your street address. UPS cannot deliver to a PO BOX.
- Our online checkout system automatically inserts the sum of $10.00 for shipping, packaging, handling, paperwork fees, insurance and email tracking. This covers most shipments, however if there are any discrepancies we will email you.
- IF you provide us with a valid e-mail address, our checkout system automatically sends an order confirmation within minutes and UPS sends a shipping notice within 24 hours containing a link you can click to track your package.
- NOTE: Most packages weigh just two or three pounds and are covered by the default $10.00. If you are ordering a sheet of tempered glass or a monitor that weighs 45 pounds, expect to pay some additional freight.
ALASKA and HAWAII SHIPPING
- Figure an extra two or three bucks on a small package.
AUCTION SHIPPING
- SORRY, NO AUCTION SALES shipped outside the United States.
- OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS and CANADIAN CUSTOMERS are welcome to make purchases directly from our ONLINE PARTS CATALOG.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
- If you pay via PAYPAL, we can ship via POSTAL SERVICE.
- Provide us with your account number for UPS or FEDEX.
- NO GLASS PRODUCTS SHIPPED OVERSEAS.
CANADA SHIPPING
- ***If you pay via PAYPAL, we can ship via US POSTAL SERVICE.***
- ALL OTHER SHIPMENTS to CANADA go via UNITED PARCEL SERVICE, ONE DAY DELIVERY (UPS RED LABEL), please provide your street address AND a telephone number.
- A ONE POUND PACKAGE via UPS costs US$45.00, but that's typically LESS than the BROKERAGE FEE which is paid on UPS ground packages.
- The only exception is if you can PROVIDE US WITH YOUR UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER.
- NO GLASS PRODUCTS to CANADA.
